Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods including food

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any sale items or gift cards

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and if the packaging is found to be damaged do not accept your parcel as you may not be eligible to request a refund if you have accepted damaged goods from our shipping handler. No exchanges are possible as our products are non-returnable items as they are perishable goods

Refunds
Refunds are not possible as our products are non-returnable items as they are perishable goods, the only exception to this is in the event of damaged packaging upon delivery.  As per our Damages and issues terms above you should refuse / not accept any parcel which is found to be damaged upon delivery.
