Ordering & Payment

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our menu, add your chosen items to the cart, and follow the checkout process. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal, for secure and convenient checkout.


Shipping & Delivery

Q: How much is delivery?
A: Delivery is £7.95 for orders under £75. If your order is over £75, delivery is free!

Q: When will my order be delivered?
A: We dispatch all orders every Friday, so you can expect your meals to arrive in 1-3 days, depending on your location.

Q: Do you deliver nationwide?
A: Yes, we deliver to addresses throughout the UK. Please make sure someone is available on Friday to receive and store your frozen meals.

Q: Can I choose my delivery day?
A: At this time, we only dispatch on Fridays to ensure the freshest delivery. However, we’re working on expanding our delivery options in the future.


Packaging & Food Quality

Q: How are the meals packaged?
A: Each meal is flash-frozen after preparation and packed in insulated, eco-friendly packaging to keep it cold and fresh during transit.

Q: Are your meals suitable for freezing?
A: Yes! All our meals arrive frozen and can be stored in your freezer until you’re ready to enjoy them.

Q: Do I need to cook the meals, or are they ready to eat?
A: Our meals are freshly prepared, then frozen, so they are ready for you to cook at home following our easy instructions included with each dish.

Q: Do you offer vegetarian or vegan options?
A: Yes, we have a selection of vegetarian dishes, and we’re constantly expanding our range to accommodate different dietary preferences. Check the menu for our current offerings.


Order Modifications & Cancellations

Q: Can I modify my order after it’s placed?
A: If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate modifications if the order has not yet been prepared.

Q: How do I cancel my order?
A: To cancel, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your meals are in preparation, we may not be able to process cancellations.

Q: How long will my frozen meals last?
A: Our meals are best enjoyed within 3 months of delivery. Just store them in the freezer until you’re ready to cook them.
