We were so looking forward to these but unfortunately the courier delivered them and left them outside on the step on a main road exposed to the elements, the box had a clear this way up sign which again the courier ignored. By the time we opened them there were bits of nuts everywhere in the nut ones and frankly both cartons looked a mess - the taste was lovely when we tried them but sadly we wouldn’t order again due to the transportation lack of care.

We are truly sorry to hear about your negative experience with the delivery compoany for our Mixed Cannoli Gluten Free Packs. We understand how disappointing it must have been to receive your order in such a condition. However, we must clarify that we take great care in packaging our products and clearly label them with instructions for the courier to handle them with care.
It is unfair and very disappointing for us to receive a negative review for a situation that was out of our control. We have provided a high quality product and posted in a proper boxed parcel with clear instruction to the delivery company as promised, and it is the responsibility of the third party company ( the coureer) to handle the delivery with care. We believe that the review should be directed towards the company who caused the issue and not towards us, as we have done nothing wrong rather than offering an excellent product and properly packed.
To be frank, we are a food company, not a courier service, and we believe it is unfair for our business to be penalised for an issue caused by a third-party delivery provider. We put significant care and effort into everything we do and consistently strive to offer the very best quality and service possible.
However we are glad to hear that you enjoyed the taste of our cannolis, and we hope that you will give us the opportunity to serve you again in the future. The goods tasted lovely but the box had been crushed and was not sealed. I also know not your fault but was clearly upside down on receipt.

I have checked Order #1213, and the item selected was Aragostine. Please note that we do not sell Aragostine in Strawberry flavour.
The Aragostine flavours available on our website are three: Pistachio, Rocher, and Swiss Chocolate. For this reason, the order was correctly prepared as Chocolate Aragostine.
If you intended to order Strawberry Cannoli, this would need to be selected specifically as Cannoli Strawberry, as Cannoli and Aragostine are different products. The order we received was clearly for Aragostine.
Regarding your comment that the pastry was “cooked too long,” I can confirm that the pastry was not overcooked. This is the standard pastry type and colour for Aragostine, which is naturally darker and crispier due to the traditional recipe and baking process.
These same Aragostine are among our most popular and well-appreciated products, although we understand that taste is personal and may not suit everyone’s preference.
We do take quality and customer satisfaction very seriously.

Although I've not tried them yet.....we're having them over Christmas, they look amazing. I was also very impressed with the packaging and delivery. They came packaged with an ice block which ensured they remained frozen.
