Instruction for re-heating Potato Croquettes:
Baking Method:
Preheat your oven to the temperature specified on the packaging, usually around 350°F (175°C).
After defrosting the potato croquettes place them on a baking sheet, leaving space between each piece.
Bake the croquettes in the preheated oven for the time indicated on the package or until they are golden brown and crispy. This typically takes about 6-8 minutes.
If desired, you can turn the croquettes over halfway through the baking time to ensure even crispiness.
Check for Doneness:
To ensure they are thoroughly cooked, cut one croquette open or use a food thermometer. The internal temperature should reach at least 165°F (74°C).
Serve:
Once the croquettes are cooked through and have a crispy exterior, remove them from the oven.
Frying Method:
Heat oil in a deep fryer or a deep skillet to around 350°F (175°C).
Carefully place the potato croquettes into the hot oil and fry until they are golden brown and heated through. This usually takes about 2-3 minutes.
Remove the croquettes from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
Check for Doneness:
Ensure that the croquettes are thoroughly cooked by cutting one open or using a food thermometer. The internal temperature should be at least 165°F (74°C).
Serve:
Once the croquettes are crispy and cooked through, serve them immediately.
